Issuer Details Modification
The company should submit the following document (s) / information along with their application to CDSL :
- Certified true copy of Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to name change.
- Certified true copy of Board Resolution approving name change of company.
- Letter / Notice issued by the concerned Stock Exchange(s), where the company is listed (Applicable only for listed companies).
- Company PAN Number, CIN Number and TAN Number
The company should submit the following document (s) / information to CDSL :
- Request letter from the company stating the details of old and new address along with new telephone nos. if any.
- Form No. 18

Issuers can view their details like name, registered address, correspondence address, contact person's name, telephone no. etc as registered with CDSL and in case of change of any detail can modify the same and generate application for change of details using the following option.
- The issuer should take the print out of the modification done on their letter head and submit the same to CDSL along with the required supporting document.
- Change will not be implemented on the CDSL system until the issuer submits the modification form to CDSL.
